Help with a strategy

I have put together a strategy that pretty much tells me when to long and short but I setup the autotrailing stop loss with it but I have to manually type in the bar index and the long and short, How do I get this to automatically detect my long entries and my short entries? and how can I have it automatically up date from long and short. I have tried multiple commands and seem to be stuck here
