Cannot get Alertcondition to combine two alerts into one

I've combined two sperate indicators (Wavetrend & Dual WMA Crossover) to give a single alert when both alerts align as a potential entry point - however I cannot get the single alert to function when alignment is done - as they still alert independently. Can anyone point me to a section in Pine Script that I can read up on to assist me in correcting this issue. Many Thanks in advance
