wrong reference to an indicator?

i want to use the chandelier stop indicator.
in the "longcondition" the open should be > than the chadellier stop.

Unfortunately, all previous attempts have failed.
I don't know whether I'm referencing the indicator incorrectly or
whether the procedure itself is wrong.

Can anyone help me?
