Bollinger Band inside candle, RSI signal

Hi... This is Teja

I've only recently begun learning Pinescrip: I have a strategy that I'd like to code.

Strategy rules:

Long trade: When RSI > 30 level and Candle ( price ) inside Bollinger Band low > mid

short trade: RSI < 70 level and candles inside Bollinger bands high > mid

No trade: if candles brake High or Low bands it's not a valid trade
