Pine Scripters Network

Hello Traders!


I started two years ago to study programming with Python because I wanted to find a better job and I don’t know how I find myself learning to code with Pine Script my own indicators, from which I get alerts for my Forex trading and make myself backtesting of my strategies.

My goal would be to be able to develop my own Forex bot. Although I should keep learning to program in other languages to improve my professional situation, trading takes up most of my time because I find it really very exciting.

I think, the Youtube channel "The Art of Trading" is very enriching, from which I have learned and continue to learn a lot. Perhaps it’s the best as far as Pine Script is concerned that there is currently on the web.

I hope to be able to share knowledge and exchange ideas around here.

That's awesome to hear Dark_Trader! Welcome to the group my friend :) I hope you achieve your goals.

Pine Script is a great language to learn and once you master it you'll be able to learn Python even easier I would think. And even if you don't end up learning Python, you can still create some pretty awesome forex bots using AutoView or PineConnector (I have a few simple bots running right now that I made using Pine Script and PineConnector that have been profitable for the past 2 months or so).
