I'm an old school chartist that helped build up a Expert Advisor (bot) company where I was VP.
Due to several health issues within our group we closed the company and most of us went into semi-retirement.
There, I gave our coders trading idea's to code in MQL (mostly meta-trader 4 at the time, -I'm in my 50's and just had my 3 grandchild come along
)and then tested them in 99.9% tick data (I WON'T miss downloading tick data!!) and then further developed them for lease and sale.
I don't know coding 'at all' but I've built, tested and ran several very successful MT4 -MT5 Expert Advisors in the past, and I think with Matthews wonderful course I can now do this all myself and I'm not restricted to any NDA's (non-disclosure agreements) so I can SHARE FREELY. Which is just what I plan to do right HERE in Matthews forum as a way of saying thanks, and to build up a like minded "bot" coding hang-out for everyone who's interested.
I can't wait to make this an extremely populated hang-out for people who are into Expert Advisors (Bots) and to point people here. In the world's current condition, there have been some people extremely hurt because of job closings, etc.... I would LOVE to build an extremely solid/safe EA for some of these people to use. --as well as some very aggressive Super-Scalpers
