Why "strategy" doesn't draw indicator to the last bar (whereas "indicator" does)?

When I use "strategy", I realize the line doesn't show up on the last bar. However, when I use "indicator", this is not the case (as you can see in the pic). I would like to see the line extended out to the last bar even though there may be an issue with repainting.

How do you code "dotted lines"?

Being a color blind, I'm more used to differentiating lines by their shape than color. So I would like to code one of the lines as a "dotted line".
